On FC2blog(http://blog.fc2.com/) there were a few known issues listed below:

When viewing with a PC,
Cannot show blog126's blogs,and Cannot access to Control Panel.
[Affected Objects]
blogs with [blog126.fc2.com]'s blog.
[Known Issues Date]

The known issue is resolved. Thank you for your cooperation.
Sorry for any inconveniences, and thank you for waiting. Everything is currently functional.
During known issue maintenance periods, all tools may not be functioning at optimal levels.
