12.12.08 Accept Comment & Trackback Settings

Hi, this is FC2 support.

Thank you for using FC2!

We are glad to announce FC2 blog has enhanced accept comment and trackback settings feature.

Assign a time period to accept or not accept visitors' comment and trackback!

Now you can set a more specific time period of accepting comment and trackback after writing an entry.

▼Below image is an example of accept and not accept comment and trackback 30 minutes after an entry is published:


▼This setting can also prevent spam comments and trackbacks.


Normally, spammers will receive ping updated information from a website after an entry is published. Then, spammers will automatically start sending spam comments and trackbacks therefore this setting can efficiently block spam comments and trackbacks.

◆How to use:
1. Login to your user management page.
2. Go to [Entries] from the menu list on the left.
3. [Entry Settings] is located at the bottom of your entry
4. Assign a time period (like the image illustrated below)


5.Publish the entry!
★If you wish to set multiple entries at once, please go to [Entries].
